Nearly 2000 healthcare professionals attended the Person-Centered Care Forum 2023, delivered by HMC

The Person-Centered Care Forum 2023, presented by Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) last week, drew close to 2000 healthcare experts. The innovative event's theme was "Inspire, Innovate, and Adapt: The Future of Person-Centered Care" and it was organised in collaboration with the world-famous US healthcare consultants Planetree International.

The annual forum's main goal is to unite healthcare professionals who are passionate about fostering patient and family experiences that enhance healthcare culture and results. This year's conference featured three tracks: Partnership and Co-Designing Care, Compassion - Empathy in Action, and Innovation in Person-Centered Care Practise. The forum's co-chair, Dr. Abdulla Al Ansari, the chief medical officer of HMC, noted that local and foreign speakers provided delegates with examples of person-centered care in action from real-world settings.
