The FIFA World Cup trophy has arrived in Qatar ahead of a special event at Aspire Park on Tuesday, November 15. The famous trophy was on a global tour, visiting every country which has qualified for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, before reaching Doha. The trophy visited 51 countries and territories in the lead-up to this year’s tournament, which will be held in eight state-of-the-art stadiums from 20 November to 18 December.
People in Qatar will be able to catch a glimpse of the trophy at Aspire Park on Tuesday. The event will be held from 4-10 PM and presented by local comedian Hamad Al Amari. It will feature a host of activities for all the family.
The trophy will visit a host of businesses, organisations and charities in the days leading up to the tournament, as fans gear up for the first FIFA World Cup in the Middle East and Arab world.
