Two new weekly flights on Wednesdays and Sundays will begin operating in early summer 2025, marking Qatar Airways' most recent foray into the Americas.
These aircraft will fly from Doha's Hamad International Airport (DOH) to Colombia's Bogotá El Dorado International Airport (BOG), and from there to Venezuela's Caracas Simon Bolivar International Airport (CCS). The flight back to Doha from Caracas will run continuously.
As the only Middle Eastern airline operating in Venezuela, Qatar Airways is now the first and only airline to offer nonstop flights from the Middle East to Colombia.
Qatar Airways now flies to 16 destinations in the Americas, including major cities like Dallas, Miami, New York City, São Paulo, and Toronto, with the addition of Bogotá and Caracas.
Thanks to Qatar Airways' robust global network that reaches more than 170 destinations, the new Bogotá and Caracas services, which are operated by Boeing 777-200LR aircraft with 42 Business Class seats and 234 Economy Class seats, will give travelers from two of South America's busiest cities easy access to the Middle East and beyond.
