Qatar Airways plans to place a significant order for widebody aircraft shortly, In order to maintain a "very strong, best fleet" in the industry, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Thierry Antinori told Reuters.
Antinori stated that the contract would be revealed shortly, although the CCO has not yet stated if it will be with Boeing, Airbus, or a split order between the two manufacturers.
