Qatar has been ranked as the least stressed country in the MENA region

According to a recent CEOWorld Magazine analysis, Qatar is the least stressed nation in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) area. With a total score of 84.3, Qatar was placed as the third least stressed country in Asia and the eleventh most stressed country worldwide in its most recent 2025 Global Emotions Report, which examined stress levels in 197 nations and territories.

The report identifies which nations need improvement and which are doing well in terms of mental and financial well-being. Work-related stress, financial stress, social and familial stress, and health and safety stress are its four primary pillars.

Qatar received scores of 94.23 for work-related stress, 93.46 for money-related stress, 80.08 for social and family stress, and 69.44 for health and safety stress in the 2025 Global Emotions Report.

According to the surveys, which were conducted between December 2, 2024, and January 12, 2025, Singapore (ranked seventh globally with a total score of 85.28) and Macao (ranked 10th globally with a total score of 84.54) were the first and second least stressed countries in Asia, respectively, while Monaco (total score of 87.33) was the least stressed country in the world.
