NewsExpo 2023 Doha has achieved a new global record. With the help of 35,000 plastic bottles, the words "Qatar's finest" were built in Arabic at the Expo site, setting a Guinness World Record for the biggest statement constructed entirely of plastic bottles.
The official Sustainable Food Partner of Expo 2023 Doha, Mazzraty Company, achieved this unprecedented milestone.
Additionally, a brief preview of the achievement was provided on its social media channels.
"You are the proud owner of the Guinness World Record for the longest phrase made out of plastic bottles, Mazzraty Qatar. Congrats!" a spokesperson of the organisation that bestowed the awards remarked.
This represents the most recent addition to the world records set in Doha during Expo 2023. Previous records include the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) pavilion, which used cutting-edge 3D printing technology to create the longest independent concrete structure, and the Expo 2023 building, which was designated the "Largest Green Roof" in the world.
