Qatar to organize 54th International Youth Hostel Federation Conference in September

The State of Qatar, addressed by the Qatar Youth Hostels, will have the 54th International Youth Hostel Federation Conference on September 1, 2022. 

The five-day event will be held with the involvement of representatives from more than 30 nations all over the world. 

This meeting matches with the festival of the 90th commemoration of the establishing of the Federation, as the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF) was made in 1932 to unite hostels around the world.

The Federation is one of the biggest youth associations in the world and works under the umbrella of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco) and is spread in 74 nations around world, and incorporates in excess of 4,000 homes all over the world.

Head of Activities Department at Qatar Youth Hostels and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Conference Abdullah Saeed said,  in an exclusive statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), that the 54th International Youth Hostel Federation Conference certifies the authority of Qatar in facilitating significant worldwide occasions, as well as the administration of Qatari youth and their capacity to sort out and improve in different global gatherings.
