The Chief Strategy and Development Office at Qatar University (QU) organised a ceremony in recognition for the efforts of the university units in obtaining the ISO certificates of institutional excellence through the pursuit of quality management.
The Centre for Entrepreneurship, Office of the General Legal Counsel, and the Qatar University Library recently obtained the certification of internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015, concerned with determining the requirements of a Quality Management System.
The ceremony honoured the university’s unit employees for their efforts to implement and follow up the quality management system, as these units were keen to achieve institutional excellence by working on the application of quality management.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Khalid Al Khanji, Chief Strategy and Development Officer, Prof. Maryam Al Maadeed, Vice-President for Research and Graduate Studies, Dr. Khaled Al Khater, Vice-President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Eman Mustafawi, Vice-President for Student Affairs, university unit directors, and a number of employees.
