Qatari Diar collaborates with ST Engineering to develop smart city platform in Lusail City

Qatari Diar announced the signing of a strategic collaboration with ST Engineering to create and run a smart city platform based on AI and data analysis technologies in Lusail City. This declaration was made while the business was taking part in Cityscape Qatar 2024, which is now taking place at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center. 

The smart platform, which is expected to be put into use in the fourth quarter of 2024–2027, will support sustainability goals, raise resident quality of life, and promote highly efficient city management and network connectivity.

Exclusive investment opportunities have been made public by Qatari Diar, especially with regard to its well-known projects, the most ambitious of which is located in Lusail City. 

The most recent real estate projects in Lusail will be on display for visitors to see. These projects are geared toward improving Lusail's standing as a comprehensive commercial and investment destination that blends business, entertainment, and housing.

The Seef project, a notable addition to Lusail City that redefines the idea of luxury and upscale living in the center of the city known for its cutting-edge infrastructure and sustainable design, is one example of an investment opportunity that Qatari Diar highlighted. Other investment opportunities included the opulent townhouses in the Seef project that overlook the waterfront.
