QCB announced that the payment services through QPay are now available using FAWRAN

The national e-Commerce Gateway (QPay) payment services are now accessible by using the FAWRAN rapid payment service, according to a statement from the Qatar Central Bank (QCB).

Merchants can sign up for the service in order to assist them in processing payments for the goods and services that consumers use.

Given that consumers in Qatar are not compelled to use bank cards for online purchases, offering them a variety of payment choices is one of the service's most crucial aspects. 

The service processes local payments using QCB systems, according to the strictest security and safety regulations. Payments can be made by phone number or name alias.
