QF and Memac Ogilvy were recognized for outstanding public relations and communications strategies at MEPRA Awards 2024

The 16th Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) Awards 2024, which are held yearly in the United Arab Emirates to honor outstanding public relations and communications efforts in the region, honored the Qatar Foundation (QF) and its communication partner Memac Ogilvy for their outstanding PR and communications strategies.

With a total of 11 awards in nine different thematic categories, including Best in Healthcare, Best Artificial Intelligence, and Best Arts & Culture, the strategic duo more than doubled their MEPRA 2023 efforts in celebration of their joint efforts to position Qatar at the forefront of innovation on the regional stage.

The top awards for Best in Qatar and Best Corporate Communications campaigns were defended for the second year in a row, and the MEPRA 2024 victories included five Gold, five Silver, and one Bronze.

One of the night's significant accomplishments was the Bytes of AI content series, which was only one of two campaigns in the region to enter the shortlist and won Gold in the Best Artificial Intelligence category. Complex AI ideas are imaginatively transformed into gripping, approachable narratives in the ongoing series, which appeals to a broad audience. The series stimulates curiosity and deepens understanding of AI's crucial role in influencing the future through engrossing storytelling. Earlier in 2024, the Al Mujadilah Center and Mosque for Women was inaugurated, earning the remaining four Golds.
