The Best Workplaces in the Middle EastTM 2023 were just revealed by Great Place to Work. McDonald's Qatar ranked 17th in the big-sized organisation category of the Best Workplaces in the Middle EastTM 2023 list, which comprised large, medium, and small-sized organisations. McDonald's UAE by Emirates Fast Food Company LLC, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, and Splash are the top three UAE-based firms on the Best Workplaces in the Middle EastTM 2023 list.
The Qatar-based SHIFT firm placed sixth among small-sized organisations and also made the list of Best Workplaces for Millennials 2023.
SHIFT Group and McDonald's Qatar were both ranked fifth and sixth, respectively, in the list of the Best Workplaces in Qatar 2023. Other firms on the Best Workplaces in Qatar 2023 list include Lesha Bank, Petrotec, Aspire Academy, GAC Qatar W.L.L., UM Qatar, and AlBahia Beauty Salon.
