According to the Qatar Meteorology Department's (QMD) weekend weather forecast, it will continue to be hot throughout the daytime hours tomorrow, September 6, and Saturday, September 7. It is predicted that Doha will have a high of 38°C and a low of 31°C tomorrow, Friday. In much of Qatar, the temperature on Saturday will be between 32°C and 37°C. It will be foggy in the early morning on both days, then hot until the late afternoon.
The wind speed on Friday is expected to vary from 5 to 15 knots, with gusts up to 25 knots in certain locations during the day. The height of a sea wave is one to three feet. In the meantime, Saturday's wind is mostly expected to blow 5 to 15 knots from the northeast to the northwest. Sea waves can reach a height of three feet.
According to QMD data, the highest temperature of 42°C was recorded today, September 5, in Mukaynis, Karanah, and Jumayliyah.
QMD recommends limiting exposure to peak solar hours and refraining from intense outdoor activity.
