AFC Asian Cup celebrations will take place at Souq Waqif this weekend on February 1 and 2

This weekend, Souq Waqif will host AFC Asian Cup festivities as football fever intensifies even outside of game sites.  On February 1 and 2, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., families and friends are welcome to engage in thrilling games and see a variety of performances and activities.

February 1st is designated as a rest day, with no scheduled matches before the competition progressing into the quarterfinals the following day.

With Asian Cup-themed décor and national team gear adorning every inch of the well-known location, Souq Waqif has completely changed into a football hub. Also, supporters developed the custom of capping their team's winning games with thunderous celebrations in the vicinity of the public artwork Pouce (Thumb), which makes each visitor happy.
