On the Sabah Al Ahmad Corridor, Ashghal announced the shutdown of light signals at the Ahmed Bin Saif Al Thani Intersection. Traffic will be diverted for eight hours towards and from Bu Hamour. Meanwhile, traffic on Industrial Road will be open, as will right turns at the crossroads. This detour will be in place from 2 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023, in collaboration with the Traffic Department.
Road users will be expected to utilise the crossroads near Ahmed Bin Saif Al Thani Intersection to reach their destinations during the closure, as depicted on the map above.
