News EventToday, December 2, marks the conclusion of three festivals and hence is the last chance for both locals and tourists to engage themselves in a variety of cultural activities.
Since its launch on November 28, the 13th Katara Traditional Dhow Festival, which has participants from 12 nations and celebrates Qatar's nautical heritage, has garnered a lot of attention. The festival offers a wide range of activities, such as workshops, artistic events, and marine contests, giving Qatari and other maritime cultures, as well as those from other regions, a platform.
Concurrently, the sixth edition of the Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate (CTC) Festival has garnered significant interest, drawing more over 60,000 attendees in its first nine days of operation in Expo 2023 Doha's Family Zone situated in Al Bidda Park. In addition to kid-friendly areas and entertainment, the festival provides a culinary adventure with over 50 coffee shops and 10 restaurants.
The World Wide Walls international mural festival is a bright addition to the Old Doha Port surrounds. Previously called Pow! Whoa, this is the second time in the MENA area that Qatar is hosting this biennial celebration of mural arts. Thirteen artists from the local, regional, and worldwide community have contributed to the changing urban scene by transforming walls into appealing paintings.
