The "Creativity Forum" display in Building 18 was inaugurated by the Cultural Village Foundation, Katara, on Wednesday. Till May 29, it will be active. Together with Rassem Centre for Creativity Arts, Katara organized the event.
Several officials with Qatari diplomatic status attended the event, along with media professionals, artists, and artists from both Qatar and Kuwait.
Prof. Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, general manager of Katara, emphasized Katara's eagerness to collaborate with various entities and centres to present a wide range of cultural and artistic events that would strengthen the relationships among the artists and enable them to share expertise and introduce their works in statements to Qatar News Agency (QNA).
He praised the artworks on display by the artists from Kuwait and Qatar and said that Katara works to widen the communication gap between artists from across the world, particularly in the GCC nations, to enliven the cultural and artistic scene and illustrate the development of the gulf creativity.
