Msheireb Properties and Doha Design District organised the “Amplifying Voices of Palestine through the Power of Design” contest

Msheireb Properties and the Doha Design District held the "Amplifying Voices of Palestine through the Power of Design" contest as a moving demonstration of support for the people of Gaza. International designers were encouraged to contribute pieces that showcased Palestine's diverse cultural heritage. A panel of industry professionals meticulously chose the designs from Msheireb Properties and iGuzzini.

Four designers have been chosen, and they are invited to the inauguration reception on December 21. Their designs will be prominently displayed in Msheireb Downtown Doha's Sikkat Wadi Msheireb. Zainab AlShibani, Amanda and Jo Booabbood, Nasser Alkubaisi, and Fatima Abbas are the designers.

Postcards featuring the 14 winning drawings will be available for purchase, and all earnings from the event—which is open to the public—will be donated to Education Above All to aid the people of Gaza. The creative industries bear the obligation of safeguarding and preserving cultural identity via visual affirmation. "We are excited to present the winning designs as a symbol of hope and unity," stated Shaikha Al Sulaiti, Senior Concept Manager at Doha Design District.
