Msheireb Properties announced the addition of new activities to its summer programme at MDD

Along with a number of new courses at Msheireb Museums, Msheireb Properties announced the inclusion of new events to its popular summer schedule at Msheireb Downtown Doha (MDD). As August progresses, Msheireb Downtown Doha continues to be the city's top summer attraction. MDD provides a varied and stimulating environment for everyone, whether they are looking for family entertainment, cultural encounters, or a cool haven from the heat.

The new Splash Zone, which opened on August 1 at the Msheireb Galleria Roof Terrace, provides a cool respite from the summer heat. This fun attraction has four water slides that are appropriate for kids of all ages. It also has ice cream shops and retail stores. At a nominal cost, accessible to both locals and guests.

Msheireb Galleria will hold Checklist Version 2, a distinctive back-to-school themed event, from August 15 to August 31. With exhibits of antique school supplies, the experience will take guests back decades to the early years of Qatari schooling.

In addition to face painting and arts and crafts stations, participants may participate in spelling bee events. Storytelling sessions will take place in a dedicated reading nook, enhancing the immersion experience. A variety of school items will be available at retail booths to assist families in getting ready for the upcoming academic year.

The summer events at MDD, which started on July 15 and continues through August 31, are enhanced by these additions. Popular attractions like the immersive Maze Zone with its dynamic lighting and music effects, the imaginative Play Zone for kids, and the exhibition by nature photographer Azzam Al Mannai are still available to residents and guests.

In August, Msheireb Museums will add more programs to its summer schedule. Along with continuing favourites like Lego Printmaking, Arabic Calligraphy, and Gypsum Crafts, visitors may also discover resin art, 3D printing, solar-powered miniatures, and embroidery.

Due to capacity limitations, pre-registration is mandatory and a nominal fee applies.
