QOC Half Marathon 2025 will take place at the iconic Lusail Boulevard on February 11

The Qatar Olympic Committee has announced the QOC Half Marathon 2025, which will take place in February in honor of National Sport Day and celebrate community, fitness, and health. Participants 10 years of age and up are welcome to run the marathon on February 11, 2025, at the famous Lusail Boulevard.

The Half Marathon, 10km, 5km, and 1km Fun Run are among the four racing categories that have been introduced for each challenge. The following are the minimum ages needed to compete in each category: The 1km Fun Run for YoB 2011-2019; the 10km Road Race for YoB 2007 and older; the 5km Road Race for YoB 2010 and older; and the Half Marathon (21K) for YoB 2007 and older. 

On the event's official website, participants can now register for different categories for a price. The entrance cost for the 10K Road Race is QR100, while the 21K Half Marathon is QR125. The registration fee for the 5K road race is QR75, and the fee for the 1K fun run is QR50.
