‘Shop Qatar,’ the country’s largest shopping festival scheduled to take place from January 1 to January 27, 2024

Visit Qatar is pleased to announce the return of "Shop Qatar," the biggest shopping event in the nation, which will be held from January 1–January 27, 2024, with the theme "Your Shopping Playground." Thirteen malls and shopping centres from all across Qatar will be taking part in the almost month-long event, which will feature a range of activations, lottery draws, cash prizes, competitions, promotions, and entertainment appropriate for guests of all ages.

Building on Shop Qatar 2023's popularity, the next edition promises to combine cutting-edge ideas and technology with fresh gaming experiences, showcasing your favourite characters like Barbie, Cocomelon, Bluey, and Miraculous, among many more.

The well-known regional band Rouh Al Sharq will play at the Place Vendôme to celebrate the opening of Shop Qatar 2024. The dancing fountains of Place Vendôme will host the event on a specially constructed stage. There will be thrilling parades, influencer meet & greets, competitions, giveaways, and major announcements on the opening day.

The grand prize winner and the final raffle draw will be announced at the closing ceremony, which takes place at Doha Festival City.

Special performances and unexpected hosts that interact with the crowd will also be included at the ceremony. On the last day of Shop Qatar 2024, Qatar Tourism will honour malls and their distinguished staff members with a specially designed "Mall & Retail Awards" ceremony. The awards, which honour originality and involvement, will honour staff, branding, and the general customer experience.

The most well-liked shopping centres in Qatar will hold a variety of events and entertainment during the festival, offering substantial discounts and exciting lottery draws and prizes to locals.

Every week there will be raffle draws: on January 5, at Mall of Qatar; on January 12, at Msheireb Galleria; on January 19, at Place Vendôme; and on January 27, at Doha Festival City.

Four luxurious automobiles, fascinating freebies given away by presenters during interactive activities, and cash rewards in various quantities are among the prizes. Twelve winners will receive 10,000 QAR each, eight winners will receive 20,000 QAR each, and four lucky winners will receive 50,000 QAR each. In addition, redemption kiosks will be located throughout malls where guests may win coupons by redeeming invoices, take advantage of exclusive gaming options, and snap pictures to remember their stay.

Locals may visit pop-ups of the largest toy companies in the world whenever it is convenient for them geographically. Place Vendôme will be the home of the amazing Barbie Dreamhouse and Barney Live Show throughout the event. Kids may enjoy the Miraculous Activity Live Show at Doha Festival City, and City Centre Mall will have an Emoji Activity Corner. Families may enjoy the Fruit Ninja at Msheireb Galleria, the Scrabble Activity Corner and the Cocomelon Activity Corner at Hyatt Plaza Mall, the LOL Activity Corner at Al Hazm Mall, Bluey at Mall of Qatar, and the Dart Zone at UDC. Everyday parades, unexpected visitors, and more events will be held at Qatari malls that are involved.
