To commemorate Qatar National Day (QND), which celebrates the nation's foundation anniversary, a number of banks in Qatar have prepared special deals.
Coinciding with the celebration of QND, Qatar National Bank (QNB) has begun its eagerly awaited promotion for Visa credit cards, giving them the opportunity to win millions of Life Reward points and make this winter one to remember. Inspired by 18 December 2024 of the National Day, 18 QNB Visa credit cardholders will receive 181,224 Life Rewards each month during the promotion, which will run until February 28, 2025.
The 18 fortunate winners of the Prize Draw will receive 18,000 extra Life Rewards points apiece, giving them a variety of redemption choices. Successful applicants for new personal or auto loans, whether they are new or existing clients, will also benefit from a special rate starting at 3.99 p.a. percent.
The bank has started a special campaign to give its QNB First Members additional discounts in honor of the event. Until December 21, 2024, QNB First cardholders can easily use their cards to receive discounts of up to 50% at participating QNB First lifestyle partners in Doha, including hotels, restaurants, health and beauty, shopping, and much more. They can view offers through QNB Explorer Mobile application.
In honor of QND, Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) introduced a special financing offer that gives clients the chance to earn an all-expense-paid holiday package and a reasonable profit rate. The deal, which has a beginning profit rate of 5.50 percent, covers personal, real estate, and auto loans and is available from December 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
