The Lusail Sky Festival, the biggest event of its kind in the region, will take place from April 3rd to April 5th, 2025, from 16:00 to 22:00, coinciding with Eid Al-Fitr celebrations, according to a statement released by Visit Qatar in partnership with Qatari Diar.
Visitors can take in a one-of-a-kind outdoor visual spectacle and participate in free activities at the famous Al Saad Plaza in Lusail.
A variety of aerial activities, such as international aerobatics, skydiving, skywriting demonstrations, and high-speed jet displays, will be included during the Lusail Sky Festival. In addition to amazing drone performances, viewers will see planes forming elaborate formations with colored smoke, laser displays, and aerial fireworks.
The festival will feature pyrotechnic-equipped planes and more than 3,000 lit drones, producing captivating images in the night sky, as well as skydiving demonstrations and nightly laser and fireworks shows synchronized with music and light effects.
A varied entertainment program is available for guests on the ground, which includes an entertainment theater with live acts and kid-friendly events, as well as a food zone with 14 food trucks and carts serving a range of culinary alternatives.
